Offer 1:

295 € - 3 % discount = 289.10 € + 12.99 € + 20 € = 322.09 €

Offer 2:

315 € - 3 % discount = 305,55 € + 10 € = 315,55 €

Despite the higher purchase price, the second offer is still just under seven euros cheaper. The reason for this: the omitted shipping costs as well as the higher cash discount amount and the lower disposal costs.
